Seriously....this is so complicated and frustrating! Any experts out there that can help with the following?:
1. Inserting a pre-defined louver
2. or creating a new louver (and then see #1 above)
And to place the forming tool, you need to use Modify Sketch (Tools > Sketch Tools > Modify)
What issues you facing ? Can you share the file having problems. Did you looked at louver files under forming tool folder in the design library?
First issue was that 2011 was pointing to an empty 2010 folder....
So, I Googled and found a 10" louver that I downloaded and dropped into the 2010 folder that was being pointed to.
I proceed to drop the louver onto the sheet metal part, and it works fine....except that I cannot place the louver precisely where I want it.
That's the main issue at the moment.....I use it so infrequently, but when I do use it, I want it to work.....I'm sure it's me, but that's not helping the frustration! :-)

The Modify Sketch tool was the missing info....Thanks Deepak!
Before dragging the louver into the Sheet metal part, expand the Design Library, and on the "forming tools" folder, RMB and select "Forming Tool Folder". My guess is that will be a big help if forming tools have never been used on your installation yet.
