Hello There,
I would like to know that is it possible to simulate the accurate heat transfer/exchange with temperatures of a air cooled water raditor, including solids (not just surfaces) with material setups, like copper aluminum etc.
Basically I would like to simulate a whole circle of cpu cooling.
Thank you!

Hi Bela; yes, you can do that with Flow Simulation. There is a tutorial (Tutorial 3- Heat Exchanger) in the path: C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\SolidWorks Flow Simulation\Examples\Tutorial 3 - Heat Exchanger. It has two fluids separated by solids. One of the fluids can be a gas, and the other a liquid. Hope that helps. -Tony
