I found the issue here
In Extrude cut 3 direction two was not active
found your problem
Reno in sheet metal part, there are two configurations:
1 Part
2 Flat pattern.
In you part, cut extrude 3 is behaving differently for these configurations and that is reason of the error. To fox the issue, edit the Cut-Extrude3 in both the configuration and set the end condition for direction 1 and 2 to Through All. This will set the things up correctly.
