Autostarting EPDM Task handling on dedicated computer

I am trying to set up a computer to act as our Enterprise Task processor. Basically, when a drawing is transitioned to Released, a task runs that opens the drawing on a dedicated computer, does a bunch of stuff to it, and creates a PDF. Everything works great except for when the computer gets rebooted automatically (thanks to IT for pushing out Windows service patches). I find that I have to log onto Windows AND Enterprise PDM before the tasks will continue to process. This is a real problem for my Engineers should I or my backup be unavailable. Has anyone figured out how to start the Task handling process during Windows load (before asking for login to either Windows or EPDM)? I do have the option of installing Server software on the dedicated computer if that will solve my problem.
