Subscription Service Not Working?

I just Logged in to my Solidworks customer portal and noticed that everything had locks on it. It Said that our subscription service had expired, even though it was renewed about a month ago. As a result we can not download service packs. is the service down or do I need to contact someone to find out what's going on?
