Hello.
When I use the section tool in an assembly and then edit a sketch, the section tool cancels itself, requiring me to set the section up again, see video for clarity.
Is this meant to happen? It would help if the section veiw stayed how it was when I click edit sketch.
Or am I just being picky?

I like Deepak am not having an issue and I am on 2011 SP 3.0
32 bit.
Watching your video I wonder if the reason it is doing this is because
that feature requires something that was removed by the section.
I have never experienced this what I saw in your video. I would think SW would
give you some message if what I said was the case indicating it can't
perform the task.
I checked to see if it required something to work, but it doesnt. I can re create the section after I click edit sketch fine, it is just annoying.
Like I said, never experienced that in my walks with SW.
The only other thing I would susggest is to run the SW Rx tool
and submit it to your VAR and see if this is a bug.
What system are you running?
Works fine for me in SW2011 SP 3 XP 64 bit. Try restarting the machine if that helps else generate the Rx and send to your VAR.
