What is the difference between your 2 posts?
They look almost identical.
So what help you need in making the mold. Do you want to know how to design mold in SolidWorks or you looking for tips and guidance on rubber molds.

I would suggest you to first look at the mold tutorial under Help Menu > SolidWorks Tutorials. Then post/share here your work or whatever you're able to model up. And in case you have some pictures that you can share, it'll be easy for someone to guide you.
