I was just wondering that we use the pattern feature (linear, circular, etc) to pattern the sketches. Similarly do we have any kind of tool/ feature/ procedure where we can use this kind of feature to pattern the mates in the assembly if we needed to?

Say if I have 1000 small holes and I need to mate 1000 small pins in the hole (assume concentric mate relationg the cylinderical faces of pin and hole, and coincident mate with the end face of the pin and flat surface of the plate). Do I need to do it each (hole, pin ) mate at a time?

Case1: holes on the plate are defined in some linear pattern or some circular pattern

Case2: Holes in the plate are at random locations (fully defined holes)

Is this possible in both the cases?
