I don't know what happened.  I was working with a sub-assembly and right after hitting Ctrl+Q the FeatureManager design tree disappeared.  It is also gone from the main assembly and the drawing, but is OK for individual parts on the same project.  Did I hit another key by mistake?  Any ideas?
