Using task scheduler with file shortcuts?

I want to run overnight exports to edrawings of a whole lot of parts.

These parts are for different projects in different directories.

I was hoping that I could get Task Scheduler to do the conversions to edrawings overnight, but instead of me firing up Task Scheduler and manually adding individual files one at a time, I thought I could get Task Scheduler to look at a folder, and in that folder would be shortcuts to the files we want to convert.

This would allow multiple users in our team to use this folder as a "drop-box" for shortcuts to files they want converted, and they don't have to hastle me to edit my Task Scheduler settings every time.

Is there a way to make this work?
