I have been trying to get our dual dimensions to show correctly when we have text added. No matter what orientation I set them at as long as the dimension has the dual set to the bottom they look like the 2 attached pics. This is with the horizontal and verticals set to center.

Why does the text always line up with the driving dimension and ignore the secondary dimension? Is there a way to have the text centered between the dimensions like my third pic?
