We are having problems with assemblys not loading latest parts. In the "Get Local Copy and Open Document" window we choose Get references: Latest revisions. But still it happens that the latest revisions are not loaded. The engineers are very concerned and have a reduced trust in PDMW. Have anyone similar experiences? Any tips what I can do?

I have never seen this issue nor I have heard of anyone else having this issue. Please make sure that you guys are not doing something wrong on your side.
You can run "Validate Vault" option and see if that helps. Nothng else I can think of. You can put more information like couple pictures of vault and things like that. Someone might be able to catch something from there. Just a thought.

Edit : Also, make sure that assembly is opening parts from the same place where parts are getting checked out from vault. What I mean is that parts are getting checked out somewhere else and solidworks assembly is opening parts from some other location.

It is a problem. But perhaps it is a very rare problem else it would have been more people complaining about this. We have a sound network, competent users, a installation acc to the book and so on.
Any ideas someone?
Closing of my old issue.
We have not had any problems or issues in our mech team the last three years. So I believe that we now know how to use PDMW. Another case of the system does not do as you want but as it is told.
PDMW actually works as a Swiss clock - when it is handled as intended.
