If i click one toolbar button the other button will be enable or disable. How can i write coding for this?

I don't know if you would be able to do that. better move the discussion to API section and check what experts says there.

Go to tools, options, add Ins, and de-select the toolbox and toolbox browser... this will remove the toolbox, to add it select it again

There are all kinds of toolbars in the session of solidworks.
Can you post an image of what exactly you are talking about?
Not quite sure what the toolbar botton is.
