"Unhandled parsing exception.  Please report fault. "

I get this error when I open a  SLDDRW file about 1MB in size.  I have tried this on another workstation and get the same error.  I can open other files with no issues.  The customer who provided the files can open the file with no problems.  I have deleted the copy I had and re-downloaded the the file from the customer's FTP site and still get the error.

I have uninstalled MS Visual C## 2005 SP1, 2008 sp1 and installed latest version of both, as well as 2010 with no change.
