Hey everyone -

I'm having trouble with this part.  I need to create a "core" for it ...

I started by trying to shell at .750 thick ... it fails.  I tried offsetting surfaces to create a new smaller part that I could then subtract away ...

that failed.

I did extrusions from the bottom surface using offset from surface - and that works with about 20 different sketches, one for each surface... however it only takes into account the vertical offset - not lateral also.

Any suggestions on what I can do, as I cannot - change the outer surfaces.  (customer driven)

I can smooth out the interior - I thought of using something similar to a spherical cutout... etc.  I want to keep the material thickness relatively consistant.

this is a rigid polyurethane part... I need to core - so I can creat my mold plug geometry, etc.
