I'm trying to create a note, similar to the following:

Diameter A located at 23.45

The trick is that I want a basic dimension box around 23.45.  In Pro/E I used to be able to type some text characters in the note and it would create the box.  Is that possible in SW?  Been wondering for years, but have worked around it a few times since.  I really could use it this time though.
