I'm new to PhotoView 360 and I'm having some trouble seeing my open files. When I start PhotoView and open a file the screen remains black. The file is open and appears in the rendering window when I click render, but the main screen remains black. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is or how I can fix it?

I'm using a NVIDIA QUADRO FX4500
In Options in Photoview, what do you have the quality set at for preview. If it is set at "best" or "max", there may be a period of apparent inactivity while the preview render is progressing.
By the way, don't you love the terms "best" and "max"? How can "max" be better than "best". "Best" should be as good as it gets
My preview setting is on good and I agree "best" should be best.
What graphics card are you using?
