Why won't this radius unsuppress?

There are 3 rads on this part.

When I unsuppress the part SW gives an error for the top rad.

No problems on my end...I recommend updating to last service pack.

  I just loaded the newest service pack. Problem fixed. Thank you.
  
  I now an Icon named SolidWorks Explorer. I like the large view showing my files. Is it possible to open file direct from this location??

    Yes, you can open files directly from Solidworks Explorer. Just RC on them
    and select open.
