I can't seem to create an angled plane so that I can create and extrude a circle. See attached images. I want the angled cylinder to sit so the left qudrant point is at a specific distance up and over from the plate.

I am brand new to SW, so I am unsure of how to facilitate this. How should I be approaching this?

Screen0007 shows the part I am in the process of creating, which I had no trouble creating is other software.
