I installed SolidWorks 2011 SP0 (both x32 and x64) from the disk and then did an update to SP3.  During the update we would get a number of errors.  We worked with our VAR and ended up with no good solutions.  I then did the super secret "total uninstall" which is a hidden option and should be in the main menu.  After that I did a complete install of 2011 SP3 from the downloaded files and did not get errors.  The errors seem to be a product of doing updates vs. doing a new install from the latest service pack.  The "total uninstall" option seems to clean up the registry also for a better install.

Has anyone else seen this issue?
