I recently purchased a new system ands have been working on a model with 50 parts. The model consists of simple boxes of various sizes in a square configuration, nothing complicated. I am working in an i7 870 @ 2.93ghz, GTX 460 video card, st31000528as HD, 12gbddr3 ram running win7 64bit.

Sorry. I got cought up in reading the posts I forgot to answer a question.
I am finding that when I open my assembly and try to orbit, the screen freezes. I have a 460 video card and I thought that would do the trick so now I am thinking it may be some of my computer settings.

to the approved hardware on the solidworks portal?
