Printing on Checkin

I am sure this is going to be a massive ask big i will anyway.

I need to be able to print a PDF and a DXf (Flat_Pattern) to the local working folder on check in. I need this to happen after the check in has updated all fields on the drawing but before it deletes the local copy. Just to make it even more complicated I need to add a suffix to the file name. Eg: If the part number was 94440101.pdf or dxf to be written then i would need it to add an underscore plus revision of drawing. It would also need to check if any previous files of the same exist and if so over write them  So the end result would be 94440101_r0.pdf and the same for dxf. Once this is done it should print a hard copy and then delete the local SolidWorks files.

I know its a big ask but at present we check a document in to update the fields, then check it back out, run a macro that creates all the prints as required, then check it back in and delete local copies. The issue here is the double check in and making sure we don't accidentally rev up on check in.
