Can the decal resolution be changed to represent the image
file. Once I apply a decal the resolution is lower than the native
image file and the fine text artwork becomes iledgable.
I'm experiencing this problem in 2009 as well. I've tried
different image resolutions up to 1000 dpi and when I apply the
decal in photoworks the decal's dimensions are reduced by a factor
of 10. So for example, my original image is 19.5"x1.75" and the
image size within solidworks is 1.94"x.175". The image file type
has no effect on this problem.
I have the same exact problem right now, also in 2009. Has
this issue been resolved at all? Is anyone else experiencing this?
It would be nice to figure this out, soon.
