Hi all i have a problem that i cant seem to figure out, I have this part that i need to be sheet metal but it has a arc. I created a solid Sweep then converted it to sheet metal and it straightend it, and i need it to have an arc like in the JPEG attached, Can someone please help me on where im going wrong?

If i were to get this add-in would this allow me to conver that part into sheet metal and have that radius? and how would i do that?

So you need it to look like the second picture, but have a bend to the right as in the first? Is that bend just affecting the piece of sheet metal on the left?
I need it to be a sheet metal feature looking like pic 1 but every source im loking at is telling me that solidworks wont allow it.
Should i contact solidworks and request that there sheet metal features act in real world, like it can be eailsy done vendor, but solidworks wont let sheet metal reflect that.
So its supposed to be a bent tube? Thats what the first one looks like. But you want the bent tube to be sheet metal. Sorry if I'm getting confused.

You are confusing sheet metal with stamping and drawing of metal.
Sheet metal as Solidworks considers it is done on press brakes and slip rolls. We do sheet metal each and every day and what you are talking about would take a drawing tool to make the bent part have a large radius as you show.
not gonna happen with stock solidworks.
