We have one designer that on some days when a drawing he creates is saved, anyone who tries to view it with edrawings 2010 will get an error an error message saying "This file contains no display data. Open the file in solidworks 98 or later and save with tessellation data: Tools, Options, Document Properties, Image Qualaity, Save tessellation data with part document." Also if someone was to use solidworks viewer 2010 to open the file, then nothing happens. Solidworks view does not display anything. This is only happening with one designer. Anyone else who creates a drawing, we do not have this issue. To fix it we have to have another designer open the drawing up and click save. We have uninstalled solidworks 2010 sp4 and reinstalled. No success. We have recreated his solidowrks profile and this seems to fix it for awhile but after time the same thing happens again. Has anyone run on to something like this before.
Thanks
