Hello,

I'm a sys admin trying to help one of our engineers resolve a portal login problem. Whenever he goes to log into the portal all he gets is a blank page. I have reproduced the error on my machine in both IE8 and Firefox. I have also done it from home (i.e. outside our network) with the same with the same results. IE produces the following error message ...

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB6.6; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.3; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)

I attempted to create my own account in order to find out if it was just his account. I got the same result upon clicking on the link in the verification email. Nothing but a blank page. Apparently, it was enough to get me into this forum but if i try to access the customer portal I get a message indicating "

Access denied to this resource".

Any tips would be greatly appreaciated. If anyone needs more details do not hesitate to ask.

Thanks
