Every time I open a part (or drawing or assembly), SolidWorks is showing it as modified (i.e. requiring it to be saved).  I built a simple part from scratch, saved it, closed it, re-opened it, and there's an asterisk next to the filename at the top of the window.  Every.  Time.

It appears this is caused by Custom Property Templates.  I just created new ones for parts, assemblies, and drawings this morning.  When I move the .XXXPRP files out of their designated folder and restart SolidWorks, the issue stops.  Does SolidWorks think the properties are being edited on every file-open operation?  I thought the templates were really cool but this is stupid if the document requires a save every time it's opened.

Anybody else experience this and/or have a workaround?

Thanks,
