reference to mate disk to concave surface

Please help before i pull what little hair I have left. I am using 2010 and I am attempting to mate the 4 yellow disks  perpendicular to the glass surface at holes with points 1,2,6 and 7. As the holes in the glass were created from a plane above the glass and extruded through the glass, the hole axis is not quite perpendicular to the glass. In another unnamed program I would constrain the axis in the center of the disk to the point in the center of the hole. Then I would place datum points at 4 places around the edge of the disk and mate them to the surface of the glass. I am having problems finding a way to place the points on the disk with SW. I have often been frusterated with placing reference geometry in SW as opposed to Pro. Does anyone have a suggestion how to place these disks?

Thank you
