Another idea is to go to the User Group website www.swugn.org and contact groups in that area. They can usually point you in some useful directions.

You should hook up with Jerry Steiger from this portal.
I know he lives in Oregon. Not sure if he is close to you, but worth a shot.
I would suggest calling the SW resellers in that area and ask if they know if any of their customers are hiring or if they could give you some names and leads. Otherwise searching the local posting in Craigslist, MonsterJobs, local college employment office, etc.
Just some ideas.
