Hello! I can corrugate a sheet (roll formed) or bend it (brake formed) but I can't seem to roll it then bend it. I've tried edge flange but each edge is angled differently so they do not follow the proper bend curve. I've tried sketched bend but it keeps telling me it is unable to execute the bend. I even tried lofted, but this creates multiple sheets and I only want one flat. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you upload the part file I'll take a look at it over the weekend. I'm working on sheet metal parts at the moment. The client isn't sure if they're going to form or fold so I've had to create configurations for both scenarios. What I've had to do is suppress some of the Flatten Bend commands underneath the flat pattern feature at the bottom of the feature tree.

Here is a corrugated sheet rolled after forming if this is what you require.
you would have to supress the Flex to get a flat pattern.

Mike's response is very close to what I'm looking for. Unfortunately I'm not "allowed" to upload the drawing I'm working on but Mike's corrugation is close enough. However, the middle stays horizontal and there are 2 bends on each side = 4 bends. The result is similar to a barn roof. I tried Mike's suggestion of using flex, but I couldn't do anything after the first bend. Plus, flex is more like roll forming in this case, where I'm brake forming it and each bend is affecting only about 6" of a 10' piece.
Please help!

Ooops, I now see what you did. But all the corrugation is gone. I need that before the bends.

won't the press brake bends cause the corrugation to flatten out in those bend areas?
even if you get the flex to work in there, the flat will never be accurate.
after all, getting a flat-pattern was the point of this exercise, correct?
i think you might be better off doing a regular sweep.
even with a sweep you won't be able to depict the "flattening" effect the press brake bends will have on the corrugation.
Unfortunately I think you are right, I have to do it as a sweep. I was hoping to keep it all as one part, but I have to do it as two separate parts - the flat will come from the corrugated sheet and the bent corrugated sheet will have to be a separate part. Should anyone come up with a different solution in the future, please let me know as I will have to do this type of drawing often.

One solution is to use Autodesk Inventor's Contour Roll.
Now that's what I need. Is there a SolidWorks equivalent? I don't have Inventor.
