Do you need to remove the replicated vault or you need to stop replication ?

I need delete the replica, only the replica, the vault should remain in the main database server.
I upgrade the version from PDM 2010 sp4 to PDM 2010 sp5 , and after of it, I make a replicate of a one of the vaults in the replication server, and now the users can´t acces to it.

When upgrading the service pack. Did you Upgrade the database as well.
Do you or the users see a green + mark next to the replicated vault in the adminstration window ?
Did you upgraded all the users client to EPDM 2010 SP5.0 ? You need to upgrade the following then only the users will be able to use it.
1) Database Server Software
2) Archive Servers Software and Vault Databases
3) Clients
For more info on how to upgrade, Please run the EPDM CD / Service pack and click on upgrade the service pack. Follow thru the steps : Note: There will be a upgrade database button in the step 2. Dont forget the click that after you upgrade all these.
It would be more helpful if u post the error message when the user logs in. I hope you get the version mismatch error. It that is so, then follow the above procedure and you would be able to login.

Yes, i upgrade all the databases, the clients and the servers, in fact the error appearas when I did the new replicate, until this it worked ok.
The error in the administartion tool when you try to acces to the vault: "Could not find the server at the database"
Ok,
Then can you check you can ping the machine by name and ip address ?
Start > Run > CMD > ping <computer name> and see the response
ping <ip address>

yes the key in the registry is ok, and i have conection with the database server, in fact I have other vault and it works ok, and I can create a local view of the vault in which I have the problems but then I can´t acces to it...
