My Issue. 

After saving a completed drawing.

I browse to the drawing to open for printing or something, and for about 1-2 seconds the drawing looks as it did when I saved it, then, most of the dimesions move back to the view that they imported with and are greyed out.  Also the propery panel for annotation update is opened and no mater what options I choose the drawing dimensions that moved just disappear!

If I close the drawing with out saving I can do this over and over.  This is the second time I have experienced this, The first time I gave up and reproduced the model and drawing from scratch.

Has anyone out there seen this and is there a way to make it stop updating upon open?
