We are also looking for a Catia translator.
I looked on the CSI-Concepts website, but I didn't see any reference to a free translator. Did you mean that you must buy their modeling software to get it? In other words, it's free with their software?

Try PS-Exchange. To translate a file, you have to purchase a voucher, as I remember it's about $50, which will allow you to translate a file - the program works well and as long as you are just trying to translate a few files, then the cost is manageable. Datakit sales from Cadlink showed very great interest in selling but all discussion ceased right after Datakit started crashing with cetrain assemblies and I asked for a workaround.
Dassault didn't create fundimental compatibility between Catia V4 and V5. That accounts for a lot of the problems with the Airbus A380.
