Attached is a part that I have been making now for many years. I would have at least 500 different configurations of this type of file. Since 2011 SP0.0 (now on SP2.0) I have been having an error with flattening (flat pattern) the part. If i put an unfold then fold into the part, for some reason I cannot flatten to a pattern. Does anyone else have this problem.

Its funny after all this time that I have been using this part as a template of such that I have never found this. Even so, this part should have either failed at Tab1 or worked all the way through to the end.

P.S. For Deepak here is the Zipped up file. Also as a foot note, in this day of technology it should be noted by upper managers and also control freaks that tools like Youtube should not be blocked. I find Youtube and many other video site the most helpful way sometimes to get an answer and to also explain an issue. Sure some people abuse this privilege but then really if they do then move them on.
