Camera roll/rotation

The attached camera property manager shows that the camera is:-

*     Mounted on a plane.

*     Targeting a vertex.

*     Position locked (whatever that means) when in motion.

*     Rotated (angularly displaced) about its axis of view at -110.5 deg to something; but what?

In motion, fixed bodies in the assembly appear to randomly and suddenly oscillate clockwise and anti clockwise about the camera axis of view.  Presumably it is the camera which is oscillating because fixed bodies cannot move.  Neither the camera mount nor target can oscillate in motion with this very noticable angular displacement.

I want a consistent view.  I would be happy for the camera rotation to be locked to the mount or the target or global axes.

How do I achieve this?
