What frustrates me most about Help, it won't take a search phrase. Type in two or more words, and it searches for them individually. A phrase in quotes doesn't work. The "NEAR" function appears to do nothing. If one of the words is too short, it won't even try.
I hate it when I know just what I need to search for, but it won' t do it.

Someone, probably a manager, might interpret the lack of responses to this thread as meaning that SW Help is not in much need of improvement. I think a better interpretation would be that SW users are so frustrated with Help that they can't bring themselves to talk about it.
I agree completely that searching in Help is amazingly bad and primitive.
