Hi Do Le Vu !
1) The only way to achieve this is to put that file into a folder and remove the folder permissions for the users.
2) You meant Version comment to be displayed on the vault view ? Attached the pic for your reference.
To do this Please open the Columns in the Adminstration, Add a new column called Comment and Give the appropriate permission to users to see this column.
