Take a look at the attached assy called E4068117 TEST FIT. What I need to do is drag the pipe off the arbor to make sure it is loadable/unloadable. You will have to suppress the mates on the pipe first. I have been trying to use the move component command with the physical dynamics option and its so slow its unusable. Is there a better way to accomplish my goal?

I used motion with gravity trying to drop it out of the end. It seemed to work (video included). You have to make sure you turn up the contact sensitivity all the way as well.

This is exactly what I am trying to do. One question, how can I change this to show the pipe fall off the arbor instead of the opposite. I am new to motion study and I cant seem to get the same results as you. Other than setting up a contact set and gravity what else did you do? Thanks so much for the help.
Sitch the 'fixed' and 'floated' component/s around. Anything that is fixed will not move in the analysis. Also, make sure mates are suppressed that would keep them from moving the way you would expect when gravity is applied (make sure the direction of gravity makes sense for what you want). And the tricky part is getting the contact sensitivity (see options for increasing these to max) and timing to work. This sometimes can be quirky and may need some trial and error (you may have to start a new motion anaysis or 2 to get it right). Good luck.
I tried to switch these and it doesnt seem to have any affect. I even tried it on your example and the arbor still moves.
Are these the only things you did to set this up?
1. start motion study switch to basic motion
2. set up gravity
3. set contact sets
4. set motion properties to high resolution and accuracy.

This is why motion is quirky. Setup the model exactly with the floating/fixed contraints as well as supressing the necessary mates for movement. Create a new motion analysis 'after' all that and then apply the required setting for contacts/gravity/frames.
I think I got it now. I dont know what I was doing wrong but I just started a new study like you said and it worked. Pretty cool stuff, im going to have to learn more about motion studies. Do you know of any tutorials/training books that deal with this?
Yup, quirky it is.. If you have full blown 'motion' installed you can add friction settings which may change the behavior a bit (keep that in mind). My training was years ago before they changed things around. I would too like some newer training manuals and/or examples myself.

Nobody else must be using this command. It does work but its extremely slow almost to the point of useless. It must take a Hal 9000 to run this command.
