Sorry, I have found it.
For anyone else wondering, in 2010 you could add depth of field in PV360 without a "camera", now PV360 is integrated in to SWX depth of field lies in the camera properties as it did in Photoworks.
Makes sense i guess, just not to me on a Friday afternoon!
DOF is controlled in the camera properties.
