I'm trying to troubleshoot someone else's session; however, the tab in the Solidworks Rx is grayed out. Can anyone help me?

You cannot import other's RX to view the information with the SolidWorks RX application.
I am afraid you would need an Rx Viewer, Which would be with your VAR's.
An Rx zip File consists of the System Info, Application info, Hardware Info, Video Grab of the problem. Etc However, You can unzip / explore the Rx Zip file to see the video on you computer.

Thanks for your response; however, I may have worded the question incorrectly. I should have wrote, "How do you open a zipped problem session in the Rx?" I tried opening the zipped file in Winzip, but the files were all garblygook.
However, one of my coworkers had the correct answer. With Solidworks Rx open, use File > open... and navigate to the zip file. That worked.
