Can you help me in importing unigraphics nx-4 parts and assemblies into solidworks 2010-service pack 5?

Dear SolidWorks professionals,

I’m in need of some advice and help! I need to find the right way to transfer Unigraphics NX-4 parts, drawings and assemblies into Solidworks 2010 (SP5), so that they are editable, keep their names, features, reference sets, mates, and hold dimensions and tolerances. I am trying to switch over to Solidworks from NX-4. I have been going through Solidworks 2010 tutorials and have yet to find the answers I seek.

I have tried: File>Open>Files of type>Unigraphics (*.prt)>Options>import Ptions>General-select or clear>Import multiple bodies as parts>UG, Import tool bodies>OK. This did not work!

I sure could use a few tips. Can you help me? Please?
