I am trying to run Solidworks 2010.  I had been running it on my old system, but recently traded it in for a new one and now can't get it to run.  I recieve an error message stating "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Video card drivers are up to date, .Net framework and C++ files are up to date and all windows updates are installed and working correctly.

I am running XP Pro (x86) SP3, 2.8ghz machine (Genuine pentium), 2gb ram.  The only issue might be the ATI Radeon 3600 video card (Which is not officially supported), however, I have reviewed the forums and seen a number of users successfully running Solidworks with other Radeon card and at least one with the same card so before the problem is written off as an incompatible video card I would like those with some expertise to entertain the idea that there might be something else I going on first.

Thank you
