Is the Direct Editing tab on the CommandManager a result of having the Premium level or is it there for all levels of SolidWorks?
It took me a while to remember how to show the CM and activate the Tab, but Direct Editing is available on my Standard install.
And that's what bothers me.
I have SolidWorks Standard.
Any other tabs I'm missing?
Sorry Charles, I don't know what should or shouldn't be there. I haven't had the CM and Tabs enabled since shortly after the S key function was introduced. For me, between the S key, keyboard shortcuts and a couple of seldom used toolbars, I have eliminated the need for the CM and all the extra mouse movements and clicks it involved.
Yes Charles, considering that any toolbar can be represented in CM.
RMB on the CM. Select Customize. Ignore the pop-up toolbar. Select New Tab (see picture). Check what tabs you want added.
Thanks for the explaination, Alin. I also haven't used the command manager since 2007. I just use the "s" key; and pull-downs when I have to.
