What does one do when SPR's are marked as fixed and they aren't?

E.g.: SPR 383326

"Dimensioning a pipe route over defines the 3d sketch if the face of a flange is used to define the length of a route"

Is reported to be implemented in 2009 A1.

The first version I used of SW was 2009 SP4 and I'm now using 2011 SP1. I have still to see the first time that dimensioning a pipe route doesn't end up over defining the 3d sketch if one tries to use the face of a flange to define the length of a route.

Can someone confirm that SPR 383326 works for them?

When one comes across something like that one has to question what the worth is of then seeing that SPR 357487 will be implemented in 2012 a1.
