Hi all,
We have been live with the vault for a couple of weeks now and everything seems to be going smooth so far. I do, however, have a drawing file that is sort of grayed out that I can't seem to do anything with. I can't take ownership, can't delete it, can't move it, etc.... I have tried going through the back-end and moving it to obsolete but that didn't help either. Any ideas? Thanks

Do you really mean a drawing file or is it a part or assembly file? If it is a drawing, I don't have a clue what is going on. Ask your VAR for help. If it is a part or assembly file, then I still can't help, but may have a clue. We have inaccesible files that show up as well. I suspect that they are reference files. At least some of them don't seem to have any valid references, so I suspect that we broke or otherwise got rid of the references, but SW has somehow managed to hold onto them. Just a theory, a not a very well supported one, at that.

You can delete the Obsolete folders in the vault from the vault server.
Can you see this file/folder in the actual server? Have you tried deleting it there?
