I made a part which has external references that are no longer needed (I believe I created the part within an a concept assembly) . I dont want The assembly to be associated with the part any longer. I removed the external references by doing:

-right click on part

-list ext refs

-break all

A small 'x' has now appeared by the feature in the design tree. Before it was a '?'. What exactly does this mean? Can I fix the feature so it does not show that a ref. has been broken?
