The image doesn't show a feature.
But to answer your question, features in a virtual component (VC) cannot be directly moved to another VC.
However, they can be copied to another VC, and then the original feature can be deleted.
The VC receiving the feature will have to be in Edit Mode before the copy and paste is performed, and the new feature will need to be constrained
How can I copy and paste?
The new part, part no. 2, is in edit mode, but I can not select the previous feature, and the copy command is grayed-out.
I used Ctrl C and then Ctrl V, but if you can't select anything that's not going to help.

Karol, I checked your file and the conclusion is that you can copy paste feature within a part but not across parts.
So the best way will be to quickly make the feature in other part. You can use the convert entity tool or create relation between the parts (features).

One way you might accomplish this is to save the sketch of the feature
you want to copy as a design library library feature. Then insert the
sketch as that library feature in the second part.
From the look of the feature tree it appears to be a single part, just a copy of the first part.
