How to deactivate so SW can be installed on a Win 7 upgrade

Question asked by Fred Fisher on Dec 27, 2010

Currently running XP 32 with SW 2010 installed, Win 7 64 is going to be installed and according to what I have read it will be a completely fresh install and ALL programs must re-installed. Is this an issue or just something not to worry about, Adobe requires deactivation and has a button to click, did not see one in SW.
