Hi all, first time poster and new Solidworks user. (18 years Acad and (mainly) 3D Microstation / Plantspace experience).
My main system is an HP Z800 but I use my 17" HP Pav dv9700 (with NVIDIA Geforce 7150M / nForce 630M adaptor) for work when I am away from office, or in this case Solidworks "practise". I was initially running SW 2010 on this laptop with no graphics problems like this at all. Since upgrading to 2011 I'm getting this graphics corruption in any shaded mode.
This is the piping_tubing.sldasm file from the Routing tutorial. not a complex assembly really, but just to test I modeled a simple circular boss and it too has same graphics render issues. (note: all is OK in wireframe modes)
Any ideas, other than downgrade back to 2010.....not really interesed in upgrading my laptop at this stage.
