Problem with installation manager

I recently attempted to install Solidworks on my computer in order to get myself familiar with the Solidworks. However, it didn't go well from the installation steps. The version i got from my employer was 2009 32bits. This version started with the very first window asking for serial keys. When i finished typing those keys in, i tried hitting "Next" and nothing happened. It seems as if the Next button is not working or linked at all. All i see is the button being temporarily pressed only to acknowledge a click. I have tries two other buttons on left and right side of the next button (cancel and help or something similar) which gave me the same null response. Only button that seems to work are the three (minimize, maximize, exit) buttons on top right window. Now, assuming that the version is compatible with my system (windows 7, 32bits), what could be the cause of this?
Thanks in advance,
